Valerie Patterson is the director of marketing for a regional residential real estate company. From 1997 until 2005, she worked at Dow Jones & Co. Inc. and was the producer of The Wall Street Journal Online's real estate site for both commercial and residential coverage. While at wsj.com, she was a frequent guest on CNBC, CNN and Fox News. She holds a B.A. in German and Communications from Cedar Crest College and an M.A. in speech communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
